In addition to our lovely modern and historic barns and indoor and outdoor arenas, our farm property boasts nearly 100 acres of rolling hills, deciduous and pine forests and rotating pastures.

Our horses are kept in large herd turnout with grazing and dry lots, where they can socialize, stretch their legs and take part in meaningful interactions with the world around them. Most horses are turned out 24/7, apart from twice a day when they are brought into their stalls for grain, supplements, and a quick checking over by our knowledgeable staff. 

Our indoor arena has both large and small dressage arena letters posted, and is spacious, with a combination of sand and recycled rubber footing. Our outdoor arena boasts a large dressage arena within the confines of the outdoor, as well as plenty of space to set up jumps and obstacles. Or arena footing was replaced and our indoor base was re-leveled in 2022!

New in 2022: Meadowlark is excited to be exploring the exciting world of Working Equitation! We are currently building our course, introducing a Working Equitation curriculum to our regular lesson program, and hoping to hold schooling shows and competitions at our farm in 2023! 

The riding facilities include over-size indoor and outdoor arenas, round pen, trails, conditioning fields, jump equipment, multiple dressage arenas and more!

Boarding

We offer both stall and pasture boarding at competitive rates, without sacrificing the quality of the care our clients receive. We appreciate that every horse has individual requirements for nutrition and care. Our two managers are knowledgeable in equine nutrition, and work hard with each boarder to establish a feed regimen that works best for their needs.

Premium Stall Board is $675 a month and includes:
- 12x12' Modern Box Stall
- Regular Stall Mucking 
- Rotational Grazing
- Premium Hay twice daily, with additional hay in winter
- High Quality Grains twice daily
- Feeding of Boarder-supplied supplements AM and PM
- Access to all arenas, trails, riding fields and round pen 
- Storage space for Tack Box or Built In Tack Locker

Basic Stall Board is $550 a month and includes:
- 12x12' Modern Box Stall, boarder mucked
- Rotational Grazing
- Premium Hay twice daily, with additional hay in winter
- High Quality Grains twice daily
- Feeding of Boarder-supplied supplements AM only
- Access to all arenas, trails, riding fields and round pen 
- Storage space for Tack Box or Built In Tack Locker

Nutrition

Does your horse have special nutritional needs? We offer many options for horses of all types!

We feed Tribute feeds, including Resolve for our primary feed (contains added vitamin E), Kalm Ultra for horses requiring higher caloric intake, Essential K for horses requiring lower caloric intake, and Wholesome Blends ration balance which is a low-cal, high protein, soy-free, corn-free feed for our allergy-prone horses.
